Something on your cable feed may have changed and the tech will check your signal levels. For a basic Roamio or Bolt a level of 90% and SNR of 36dB is very good. The Plus and Bolt+ are different.

After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being.
