Borrow a gs if you don't have one, last resort is paying for a loan on w2. Train up before going bandos. 85+ melee, 70+ prayer, 80+ magic imo is minimum to solo bandos, and your gear you intend to use is fine, just use a gs as it's WAYYY better than whip - hits a lot more accurately.

Thralls are a lot less important at GWD than they are elsewhere. Since bowfa kills are so fast, most of your time is spent between kills, which thralls don't speed up, so rather than making everything 5-10% faster, it's probably more like 2-3%.
