Moonveil scales primaries with int and decently with dex. But it's still roughly 70/30 magic/physical. You don't have to build around Moonveil at all which is why it's so particularly powerful for sorcery builds. Don't even have to push endurance because moonveil isn't heavy. Moonveil and wing of astel both fit perfectly into a sorcery build.

On an int>dex build, Moonveil is simply your best option. It provides the 1 thing sorceries are generally lacking, posture damage and strong normal attacks that cost no FP. SoNaF provides nothing better. It provides weaker normal attacks, less posture damage and a 2nd comet azur on top of the one you already have.
