Dell monitor is blurry.

The image from it is very blurry and grainy ever since I've got it. If I play a game on it, the image is not crisp. I've tried connecting both my m17 R3 laptop with a GTX 2070 card and my PC with a GTX 2080 card to it and both yield the same result. The graphics on my laptop (Alienware m17 R3 ) is 10x clearer than the AW2521HFL.
