In my limited experience, COMSAEs were infinitely better tests it seemed to me compared to the COMLEX. The NBOME did a study basically showing there was some correlation and >450 on the COMSAE put you in approximately a 99% chance of passing the COMLEX. Tested 6/13 - COMSAEs seemed quite a bit easier imo. The same.
