Food wasn't bad at Republica. It has 2 buffets and 9 restaurants but there is no room service and your only late snack option is at the sports bar where it is very limited (nachos, hot dogs etc...). Most lively events during the day are at the smaller party pool closer to the lobby. There is another large pool closer to the beach that is quieter.Yeah they call it a lazy river---but it does not have a current at all. Yes this is where all the swimup rooms are located. And with Swimup meaning you get out of pool and walk across a patch of grass to your patio. Just be aware its not swim right up to your patio and into your room type of room. 2.24.
