The legroom is good for economy seats, and this seat is located on the back of the wing with a perfect view of the flaps and, if applicable, the split scimitars.

From what I gather this is pretty normal and you are pretty much guaranteed a seat. However, I downloaded the Delta app and was looking around in there and I found the Standby list and it says 43 seats remaining (which makes no sense because the seat map says everything is unavailable) and then for some reason I'm on the standby list at 22/26What is the difference between unavailable and occupied on the seat map? The entire comfort+ section is unavailable. I want to upgrade, I even called and they said they don’t know the difference and won’t assign it to me. I’m 2 months from departure, how can I upgrade?
