Mercury oil injection delete kit.
A friend of mine recently bought a Polaris 90 for his son after I suggested one for him after reading good reviews for beginning riders. He wants to block off the oil injection system for his own reasons. I know other models have a block off kit and I was hoping that there was one for the 90. I told him I would find out for him.
Also need to remove the oil pump and pump driveshaft and install a factory adapter/plug with oring to the block. And plug where the discharge of the oil pump enters the fuel pump (serveral different styles). Then remove the injection alarm module, rotation sending unit and onboard tank. Its easier than it sounds. It look like you can take the 2 screws out the hold the pump in and remove the pump. Now take the gear #22 off and reinstall the pump. Unfortunately Merc does not make a cover for the hole when you remove the pump so it must be put back in to seal that hole.
