Yes, it usually means you passed. I failed my first attempted and put in my card info 1 hour after exam. It took my payment and literally scheduled an appointment that day. The trick is to register again on the Pearson Vue website. If it allows you to go to the credit card page, it indicates you have not passed the NCLEX.
