OP needs to take this up with their insurance, not Warby Parker. If WP isn't in network then it goes by the vision insurance policy. OP should find out exactly what their benefits are and, if wrongfully denied, appeal. From my own experience, my insurance only reimburses up to something like $95 for lenses, not sure about the exam I looked at Zenni and Warby Parker but many frames are plastic, don't fit well and are missing larger sizes.
