Straight after defeating 250 clownfish there’s a mission to kill 400 red deep sea crabs . So they took a while to bring out the avatar missions but it looks like they are loaded with not much hanging around. Ch4 Stage 6 might not be the best for red crabs but there are two vile crab kings as bosses which makes things easier.

Both of your mission monsters can be found in s2 level 1-7, 9-3, 9-7 and 9-9. Just google something like "season 2 missions empires and puzzles". They randomly replace enemies. So you want stages with lots of enemies, which usually means lots of waves. And, of course, you want minimal WE use.
