The statues tell you that when you're at 30 hearts and try to increase hearts or 3 full wheels and try to increase stamina. They will make full restore food on their own and 1-3 overfill hearts depending on the ingredient type. Since you're likely going to go for 3 full wheels of stamina and 27 hearts (you can't max them to 30 unless you get rid of 60% of that third stamina wheel) the most overfill hearts you will ever possibly want is 3.
