However, this team isn't particularly good at punching up against H4H, at least not to the extent of the first anti-H4H weapon. Sure, you can take on a 5-10% stronger H4H team with Dark Hunters, but more than that, and your attackers will struggle.

Just to keep things simple, if your team is 200k, they should be able to beat a team that is 230k. Soft counter means your team should be able to punch down 15% power... Meaning if your team is 200k, they will only be able to beat a 170k team. War Dogs will NOT be the secondary team in scourge. Due to the fact BA is an important raid team, if this is all you will be able to have for the scourge, then you should do okay.
