My problem started because I couldn't get the QR code to scan from my phone during install so when I called the rep told me to use a website qifi.org to create my own qr reader from my tablet so the screen was larger.
Key pad buttons and app access still works but with intermittent white screen and sometimes stays that way. It appears that a reset by removing ONE battery for 60 sec along with a replacement of all 4 fixed the issue. Note: After the reset by removing ONE battery for 60 seconds the system then prompted that the keypad batteries were low.
