At least in a fine dining establishment you are predominately waiting on people with money and they always tip well.And that consists of 5 - 2 tops. 3 - 4 tops and 1 or 2 - 6 tops. But I am the only server at my place that has that many because the other servers can only handle maybe 5 or 6 tables (3- 2 tops and 2- 4 tops.) Edit: we don't have dedicated food runners or bussers.
