A lot of damage was lost with the new Seraphs this season and if you go tank you’re just a W spam bot which is not fun. As far as worth he's a safe blind pick, and he has a freedom to build what he wants more than most champions. He can fit into a lot of comps and he can carry. Yesterday i checked last few 14.X patches and he legitimately has a nightmare win rate in EUW Diamond+/Master+, and it genuinely feels like an automatic loss when he is drafted. Pretty insane how this champ is allowed to exist when he does no dmg and has no range and gets out performed by Ahri and Syndra 10x. Regards.
