I have serious issue with Autodesk's subscription model, which uses an abstract credit system to gouge customers, and at the end of the day purposefully obfuscates their customer's data into unreadable .rvt files. There are no serious competitors to Revit. The closest alternatives are SketchUp and Rhino3D.
