I've used a bell tent the past two years. It's decently easy to set-up (2 people + 20 minutes), but the guylines take up a lot of area and need to be lit-up with solar lights all night for safety. I'm not super familiar with the shift pod, but is sounds like any pop up tent will suit your purposes. They take minutes to deploy, are easy to do by yourself. The bigger ones are usually designed to walk in. I'll let others suggest specific brands since I hammock camp but depending on how fast you need it you might just want to look local anyway.
