I just got this device because I couldn’t get Wi-Fi calling to work on my phones (I think for the same reason). My setup: Windows 2012 R2 running pfSense 2.4.3 (FreeBSD 11.1) under Hyper-V. Since then, the CellSpot would either connect to 3G/4G, all lights would flash orange, and then reset, or, get to 4G LTE and stay lit for 10-15 minutes, long enough to make 2 phone calls, and then reset itself again. The Tech Support agent was supposed to call me back a half hour ago (at the two hour mark), and I never received a call.
