I’ve been playing a Breedlove Solo Jumbo fretless exclusively for the past two years, after a heart-related issue made it impossible for me to continue to play DB any longer. I was drawn to acoustic bass guitar as it allowed for acoustic expressiveness that can’t be found with electric bass.It gets a decent P bass sound, a decent Jazz bridge soloed sound, and with both pickups on full, gets a nice modern sound that doesn't sound like most P/J basses that I have played.
