When I copy and paste all the files to my steam folder, I can launch the game but Steam wont count the hours. When I drag a few folders into the steam folder (movies, assets etc) it looks like Steam cant dind these items at all.

I had a similar issue I couldnt solve so I just tried anything and now it works. What I tried that worked was to delete / rename some file called `DiskCacheArena`. I recommend just rename or move it.
