Spot weld the bolt heads. If they dont unbolt, cut/drill the wheel axle/rivets to remove just the round wheel and do the same as above. It will make it harder for somebody to carry off. UL suggest bolt down on units under 750 lbs. Dont put any holes thru the floor of the safe from the inside to bolt it down. It would lose fire protection. Reply.
