Duramax acceleration problems.

Regen issues, thumping sound from the motor, and a few other smaller things. The fuel pumps don't appear to be an issue on the L5P motors. At least not in the sense the LML trucks were.
The 3.0-liter Duramax diesel made 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque; 95 percent of peak torque happened at 1,250 rpm. The official EPA fuel economy ratings were 33/23/27 mph highway/city ...Need some help here. When I floor my 2003 LB7 duramax at highway speeds it slowly crawls while accelerating. Trans shifts easier from 1st to 2nd. Pedal seems less touchy. Now if we could just solve the CEL code problem, I would be extremely happy!! 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500 L5P.Need some help here. Your mileage may vary, but so far the 3.0L Duramax hasn’t quite lived up to the 33-mpg hype. We’ve seen trucks come close in 99-percent, steady-state highway cruising, but most hand-calculated fuel economy numbers for 4x2 model Silverados range from 27-mpg to 31-mpg.

2024 L5P throttle response issues. I just bought a 2024 GMC 2500HD AT4 w/ Duramax. When leaving a stop light there is a slight shutter on acceleration. Is This normal? The sharp corner of the FICM bracket cuts into the wires and causes a short. You should fill out your Signature with the year and any mods on the truck.
