People dont cryo the dinos because structures are the main issue i believe. If you were to cryo everyones dinos and i mean everyones. It wouldnt put a dent in reducing the servers stress level due to structures being in a much bigger quantity. So people wont even bother cryoing dinos.

Inside caves for example, you can build a foundation at several places and then build the carried fridge on the foundation. Then you should be able to drop dinos out of cryopods in range of the fridge.
