The 43x is a 19 length magazine. So what PSA has made is a magazine with a g19 ID and a 43x OD, and it's the same length as a 19/43x. I find it hard to believe PSA made a better spring then Glock, the time and money spent on Glock R&D is not to be taken lightly. The springs are designed differently, but there is no reason for it.
Tagging along, I have a 43x that so far has zero malfunctions with 3 Shield mags, gen 3s. I have 4 PSA mags that should be here tomorrow. Hopefully they're as good and I can go back to the polymer mag catch and use OEM mags too. Or whatever, the Shields work. On the (LEFT) side one can observe a drag up the mag from the release as well. With a small file or rasp, you can knock down the TOP EDGE of the mag release window on the LEFT side of the S15 mag.
Does anyone know if the factory G43 magazine loader will fit over magazines for the 43x/48? I need a spare loader for a 48 but cannot seem to find one for sale. Midway lists one for the 43, but the 43 magazines are just a tad narrower. The Holosun 407k/507k are sub-compact sights, while the 407c/507c are for FULL SIZED pistols. RMR is a full size cut. RMRc is a sub-compact cut. Like Hydra-SHOKz said-You should be good to go with Holosun 407k on that slide.
