Really you will never be able to drive .035 alum thru the liner, even if you find a teflon liner. I tried and tried and cried. The spoolgun at least would arc without birdnesting at the drive roll, but maintaining the arc was a joke.

The insulator is harder to get. The Profax catalog list the thread sizes for these parts. Put a miller Roughneck gun on the MM200, the Miller defused is 1/4" NPT thread.
