Master lost sector not dropping exotics.
I played a master lost sector the other day. Attempted it for about 4 hours until I beat it. It was my first time being able to complete one of these and I was really excited about being able to maybe get dawn chorus to get nothing but 2000 glimmer. I tried it a second time. Still nothing. I feel cheated and my time has been wasted.

At this point legendary and master lost sectors drop exotics at the same rate. I have even gotten back to back drops in legendary and have not seen any drops in master after 20 runs. They're farmable. Exotic drop rate seems to be about 10% in my experience, and getting some upgrade materials seems to be like 50/50. In my experience legend has about a 5% drop rate and master a 10%. They are, but exotics aren't guaranteed. You can run them in a fireteam but exotics only drop on solo clears. You can get exotics, but they will not be that days slot specific nor does it have bad luck protection. Final Thoughts: 151 Master lost sectors. 35 exotics. 15 - 20 hours over 5 days JUST from successful runs. Does not include time spent from the times I failed and wasted 6 - 10 minutes per fail. Does not include time spent driving to each lost sector miles from nearest landing zone.
