I dissagree. You should use your usual setup to get practice for when 200cc shows up online. You can do well on any track with any setup, you just need to learn how to take the corners properly. Practice with a setup you won't be using is less useful overall, especially if you're going from light/accel to heavy/speed.

Of course this is a generalization as each vehicle has their own unique stats, but they follow a trend (no bike has an increased top Speed for example).
