HSI Process. I applied for the 1811 HSI position back in January (2023). I completed my phase 1 and 2 test in February. At the conclusion of phase 2 the instructions explained those who passed would be referred for phase 3 which was an oral board style interview. The tentative date for this was to begin towards the end of March.
