I checked fit and how the index tabs worked then sent it off to ADCO for cut and thread at 10.4 and open gas port to 1.5mm for use with my vented gas block.The HK-91 system is old, but extraordinarily reliable as a battle rifle. Heavy profile barrels tend to have better harmonics/repeatable accuracy. But I've also seen 16" SR15s do almost as well as my HK with repeatable results.
