I was suprised based on all the numerous Sig shill youtube reviews claiming it was a similar size as an X/XL. The grip is the exact same size as my HK P2000 which isn't easy for me to conceal in TX summer.

And the tacops has 2 more mags and is at a base anywhere from 50-100$ cheaper than the macro. The comp isn’t my thing personally so I went with tacops. I love it. Just got it Saturday. For a first CCW get the tacops. A comp is definitely not necessary on the x macro, it’s a very smooth shooting gun. The only way to put a 3.7" barrel on a X Macro Comp is to change the slide and barrel however you do not need to change the spring. Sig XL slides ~ $349.00, Sig barrel ~ $220....I would buy a complete P365XL before buying parts. I did make the move a bought the X Macro Comp.
