Buenos Aires is the most European city of South America. Other than the usual travel precautions which you would use in any large city, I find BA to be far safer than Lima. I have been in Lima for short visits each year for the last 4 years and I still don't feel safe there except for a couple areas of the city. 10. Re: Best Tango shows.
