Check out SavedInstances, you can set it up to track whatever currencies you want. Also tracks things like m+ and raid lockouts but you can turn that off if you want. Any "original" or newer default UI from a couple expansions ago will be a full UI replacement especially if it includes old artwork, and therefore will take more resources.
