We live in North Charleston, Dorchester County. Our neighborhood is quite lovely and has $300-400k homes. Probably the closest place I can recommend if you want to experience actual seasons. Spring is very lovely, Summer is hot but the humidity isn't bad at all, Fall is perfect, and you get snow in Winter.
