Reach down behind the passenger side headlight with a long flat head screwdriver, tap off the clip that holds the top parking lamp harness. This gives you slack. Use the wire tap on the brown wire from the parking lamp harness and red of the harness of the grill lights. Tape the crap out of it once spliced.
