I usually like to fill the rest into arm maneuverability (how fact you ac aims at locked targets), side quick boost (faster quick boost left and right. The only real improvement worth noting is the "Assault Armor" feature. I've got Armored Core V and Verdict Day, and they are quite a departure from the way the 4th generation ACs feel.
