Re: Miller Bluestar 2E. Good job on the troubleshooting and figuring it out. As for the terminal C vs. terminal A, the Blue Star idler system energizes the throttle solenoid to take the unit to weld speed of 3000RPM rather than energizing to reduce speed to low idle as with most Miller machines.
