It will take a lot longer if at all, unless someone just straight up injects machine translation, that said, i'd prefer MTL to Nisa's translation at this point.This Japanese release is the published by NISA and apparently the fan translation patch is now compatible with it (only hangup, I hear, is Steam Deck support being broken by the patch). So NISA now gets money if people buy the better of the two ports to apply the patch to.
