New to diesels. Have a 2006 F350 for two years now. When I first purchased the truck it had 101k with no issues. I immediately had an EGR delete/cold air intake/turbo back exhaust and SCT scanner. Either way, 4" or 6" and 37's can't go wrong... also keep in mind, that a 6" lift starts to push you out of many home garages.

Less lift and less rubber = better performance, MPG, less wear and tear on your truck, cost of tires.
