The CZ 457 trigger is OK, but if you've ever shot rifles with excellent triggers, it's, as I mentioned, just OK. As for trigger shoe geometry, I'm also not a fan of full curve triggers (CZ 457). ... Mostly at 50 yards and did some clay bird busting at 200 yards.at 50 yds my Martini International was bugholeing mostly,the cz 457 sport hated it and the Winchester 52 was about .40" My Anschutz 64 Sporter with set trigger and 4X Weaver shot a lucky 1" group at 100 yards with it!I don't have a Bergara but I shoot CZ 457 and 452's in factory class and use the Sinclair with a slight modification. I epoxied the height/cant adjustment to where it cannot move. I set the rifle level with the leg adjustments. It makes for a very steady platform. For the rear I use either my PQP adjustable rear or a Protektor bunny ear.I have tested Bergara as well, and i have also CZ 457 Long Range Precision. But i must say that i like Bergara more than CZ. Stock is better. Trigger is better. It is more accurate than CZ. And more like a real rifle than rimfire, if that is what you are looking for. Tested 2 suppressors and SK rifle match ammo. 50-meters.CZ makes a great rifle, but for a little bit more you get much more in accuracy returns. $700 is right on the edge of knocking out a a few great rifles. My Bergara B14R is just a step down from a Vudoo, at half the cost. If you can get your hands on a B14R, spend a little more and be much happier. 3.

My friend bought a cz 457 with a Bravo chassis, arca rail and mdt grnd bipod. I'm just going to keep my stock for now. It has an adjustable trigger, the 5 pull average was 3.3#. Like the Winchester, it uses the Ruger 10/22 style mags.
