I think the roadrunner issue is infrastructure specific to my neighborhood, which is a pretty old one, circa 1940s single family houses. The WOW! to breezeline billing transition finally came through with the account numbers I needed to make sure my billing for both my business internet and cable TV are properly setup.

Best solution to the Breezeline problems we had was to call them and cancel our service and we switched to ATT fiber. I'd switch to AT&T Fiber or Spectrum. Breezeline has godawful customer service, so good luck getting your problems fixed. They have probably just over sold/over provisioned your node.

While Breezeline acknowledged internet service is down in the Miami Beach area, their website indicates that everything is working as intended.
