If you want to SERIOUSLY grind HC, best way is to just get to wave 26-27 with Ace, Mili, Commander DJ, Farm (if you are lucky, you can get to wave 35 with this loadout) If you want to go as far as possible, Ace, Mili, Commander, Ranger and Farm. If you want to grind, it's much more efficient to die somewhere in between waves 22 and 30.
