Irian is probably not a great option - long range HE spamming cruisers with no utility usually aren't in ranked. As for my general recommendations off the top of my head, I'd say. BB: Vladivostok, Lenin, NC, Massachusetts. CA: Cleveland, Chapayev, Baltimore, radar Edinburgh if you're a cruiser whisperer, Kutuzov if you have it.
