This is a bit old, but in my experience, it doesn't happen to everyone, but the Steam port has this very rare bug where the steamapi.dll makes the game stuttery after the prologue, even if you uninstall and reinstall the game, verify integrity whatever. This Switch version of the game for me is the only other one I own that runs okay on the deck.

We get Bayonetta 3 posts every day, and people just need to realize many games don't work for emulators on day 1. Some don't even work at all for years. The only thing we can do is wait for the devs to update the emulator until whatever's preventing this game from working gets fixed. It works in Ryujinx though.
