Ark survival ascended tether distance fix.
Just most people today wouldn't notice it because most people's PCs are more than able to handle ARK SE with Tether Distance set to say 99 without too many issues. The Host's Computer has to keep track of everything the "OTHER" Players are encountering rather than those objects going into a deep sleep like they do on normal singleplayer.
I think you can only change the tether distance on pc. You can't change the tether. It's a limitation of consoles that they don't have the power to load the entire map. The person hosting dictates the tether distance so if a person on a ps5/series x hosts, the distance will be bigger than if a ps4/xbox one hosts.Why is no one talking about the horrible tether distance? ... its terrible i hope they fix this fast ...
