I've got a 2001 silverado ext cab that is bodydropped 3". It was on 22's but I just bought 24's to put on it. I've already narrowed the axle for the rear but my main concern is for the front. I want to see what everyone is doing on the front inner fenders to stuff a 24" under there. I would suggest before driving it (or starting it) to take the sensor out and installing a manual oil pressure gauge to check to see if it actually has good pressure. Of course the RPM drop is in sync with the rough idle. Sometimes the RPMs will drop below 500 in a kind of rhythm, dropping every 10ish seconds then rising back to 500.
