Okay, I've decided to stop using the 4G LTE Network Extender until Verizon provides management capability for it. Both my wife's and my iPhone can use wifi calling, and now my Google Pixel can use wifi calling as well. Battery usage is better using the Network Extender, but I find I don't want to use it because of the serious drawbacks with it.
