They don't happen all the time, I'd say every 2-3 months, for about a month, I experience extreme packet loss. I've had att internets for years. I just recently switched to att fiber from phone line. Ever since I switch Ed to fiber I have been getting 20-40 percent packet loss. I did a ping test for my internal route and to google both showed 32% packet loss. Can anyone give me some advice?

We've had AT&T's Fixed Wireless internet service for about 7 months now and haven't had any issues up until this week. But our internet packet loss has been stuck between 40-55% for about 4 days now. Speed tests show our download speed to be ~60 Mbps and upload ~10 Mbps, but the packet loss makes the internet almost unusable.
