After the carb work was done 2 pulls later it started right up but once I turned it off and tried to start it again it wouldn't start and when I cheched the plug there was no spark.

A few things come to mind that could be issues. The issue with possibly contaminated fuel is a concern. Obviously, your King Quad doesn’t have a carb like your generator, instead has an injector . There is a crude “filter” (sock) that will restrict larger debris, but fine contaminants can pass through.
