I didn't notice any removed dialog from any of the gigs, and cyberpsycho jobs still want you to do non-lethal. But, I did notice that none of the Quickhacks say "Non-Lethal" anymore, so it is impossible to tell which will kill a target.

you can't directly kill cyberpsychos. they always go down first before they die, so you acutally have to go out of your way to kill them. you dont need a non lethal weapon, just make sure that you dont accidently hit a second time when the psycho goes down.
